woodpeckers ?? how does it fish. wot is the best way. we have a match on the 22/4/07 have never seen the place. any info ????

rules state that you can top fish as well at this fishery.....
i have only fished the top lake (woodpeckers) b4...
i love the method feeder here with hard halibut pellet on the hook but have also had fish on the top...
have had a 2nd place and a 3rd place here both without using a pole!!!
depths vary peg to peg and has plenty of fish silvers as well as carp....
biggest carp ive seen here was a 15lb mirror
most common size of carp is 1lb carp
excellent ornamental cross carp upto 4lb....... massive tails with good fight on light line and rod..
maggots always catch here
you can bag lots n lots of quality silvers.....  |
