Ive been inundated with questions regarding paste,people want to know about adding powders and other nice things,well I dont add anything to my paste but you can add brown sugar,krill powder mussel and crab anything on the shelfs of the tackle shop or supermarket,fruit sugar is a good one to try,but dont over do it or it will taste bitter,powder can be any of the slimming products in the chemists,or baby milks the list is endless,calfs dried milk is very good but it does cost quite a lot of money to buy as you have to buy in bulk,another tip for the budding carp angler is to use your normal bait on the hook and then wrap paste around it,after casting out the paste will leave a nice scent trail for the carp to find,and just one more thing that is,you can use paste in the winter,you just have to be more patient,regards trevor oldfield
